Globalized Recruitment for International Returnee Candidates

Turtlejob.com – the bridge between enterprises and Chinese returnees.
In today’s global economy, enterprises substantially improve their competitive position by using high-quality, highly skilled and talented international individuals. Returnees to China are one of the main sources of international talent.

Returnees have an understanding of China and its cultural identity and they combine this with experience and study abroad. Returnees are invariably independent: they have a global viewpoint, the ability to communicate fluently in a second language; and they have extened their analytical thinking skills in a different educational system. These qualities are invaluable to both the global stategies of Chinese enterprises and China strategies of foreign companies.

Turtlejob.com was founded in March 2006 and headquartered in Oxford UK. Turtlejob is engaged in building bridges between Chinese returnees with overseas qualifications and enterprises. We are dedicated to constructing the best IT platform for Chinese returnees’ employment and recruitment. Turtlejob adheres to practices in keeping with its principles as an international service with a global viewpoint and customer-focused orientation. The management team is chaired by Dr Andrew St George of Oxford University and includes Chinese expatriates with extensive overseas qualifications and expertise in e-business. The board of advisors includes American and international IT specialists Ludmil Pandeff and Nick Matelan, and Henry Blodget, an award-winning Internet and eCommerce analyst on Wall Street.

People who study abroad and return to China to work are called "turtles" in China, a word that has connotations of richness, longevity, and peace.
