                                extended  repair  service  warranty  to  sell  with  appliance  items 
                                IT/Legal  framework 
                                contract  design 
                                Continuous  negotiatin  with  insurance  companies 
                                training  at  store  level 
                                bonus  for  salesman  distribution  and  follow  up 
                                pricing  of  extended  wanrranty  service 
                                leaflet/POP/marketing  communication 
2)  Trade-in                                   
                                negotiation  with  supplier  for  strong  commercial  activities 
                                follow  up/communication
