What  is  Carrefour  ETP  Program 

ETP  prepares  the  successful  candidate  for  the  Department  Managers  positions  in  Carrefour  Stores. 
In  a  period  of  about  4  months,  you  will  receive  an  extensive  range  of  in-class  as  well  as  on-job  training  covering  retail  knowledge,  department  specific  knowledge  and  generic  management  and  leadership  knowledge  and  skills. 
Successful  ETP  candidates  of  previous  sessions  have  already  taken  the  positions  of  Department  Managers  and  some  have  further  been  promoted  to  positions  of  Division  Managers  in  Carrefour. 


Candidate  Profile： 

You  have  a  bachelor’s  degree  and  you  can  communicate  freely  in  English  and  Chinese; 
You  have  1  year  work  experience; 
You  are  a  responsible  team  worker,  able  to  work  under  the  pressure  of  retail  industry; 
You  are  proactive,  have  good  time  management  and  problem  solving  skills; 
When  facing  challenges,  you  will  not  easily  give  up.
