Responsibilities: 
-Maintain  HR  E-library  data,  modify  and  update  E-library  category  for  store  HR  chief. 
-Maintain  group  Career  Management  System. 
-Coordinates  and  managers  all  systems  under  development,  system  transitions  new  system  and  upgrades 
-Overall  information  systems  related  to  Human  Resources. 
-Maintain  &  acquisition,  appropriatances  and  effectivencess  of  information  system  and  technology  within  Human  Resources. 
-Identify  and  take  actions  necessary  to  facilitate  data  collection. 
-Disscuss  with  IT  &  finance  division  to  upgrade  HR  system  &  reporting 
-Assis  provide  HR  indicator  for  China  &  Group. 

Requirements: 
-Bachelor  degree  or  the  above  with  relevant  major 
-More  than  one  year  working  experience  in  big  MNC,  retail  background  preferred 
-Good  command  of  English 
-Must  be  detail  oriented  with  accurate  data  entry  skills. 
-Experienced  use  of  E-HR  system.  (Hyperion  &  BenQ  system  as  well) 
-Storg  ability  to  plan,  design,  organize,  implenment  and  maintain  complex  information  system 
-Knowlege  of  Information  system  HR,  HRIS  &  MIS  envirement
