SunGard  is  seeking  a  placement  student  to  work  as  a  Business  Analyst.  This  job  will  involve  promoting,  marketing  and  selling  Infinity  (an  IT  package  for  the  Financial  Service  industry),  both  internally  to  other  SunGard  segments  and  externally  to  financial  service  customers.

The  successful  applicant  will  participate  in  meetings  to  promote  Infinity,  working  alongside  marketing  departments  to  prepare  collateral  and  presentations.  Clear  note  taking  and  owning  the  follow  up  of  actions  to  delivery  on  projects  will  be  required.  There  will  be  opportunities  to  organise  global  marketing  events  and  work  on  live  projects.  Candidates  will  also  be  expected  to  research  IT  trends  including  SaaS  &  BPM  space  to  identify  trends  and  update  product  management  on  competitor  activities.

Skills  Required:
-  Knowledge  of  Microsoft  Office,  especially  Word,  PowerPoint  and  Excel
-  Good  communication  skills 
-  Strong  organisational  skills
-  Multi-tasking,  time  management  and  the  ability  to  work  to  tight  deadlines 
-  Able  to  work  on  your  own  and  manage  your  own  activities 
-  An  interest  in  the  IT  and  Financial  Services  industry
-  Enthusiasm  and  motivation  with  a  willingness  to  learn
