Responsibilities:
1、 开发新办公楼房源。Develop  new  office  complex  properties.
2、 开发新客户。Develop  new  clients.
3、 接待客户，联系客户，为客户寻找房源，带客户看房，客户看中房子后谈判，签订合同。Receive  client,  contact  client,  help  client  to  look  for  property,  take  client  viewing  property,  negotiate  when  client  settle  on  the  property,  then  sign  contract.
4、 协助客户入住。Assist  client  to  move  in.
5、 售后服务。After  sales  services.
6、 协调客户业主之间的关系。Coordinate  the  relationship  between  the  client  and  the  landlord.
7、 纠纷处理。Dispute  resolution.
8、 收取全部应收佣金。Collect  all  the  commission.
Requirements:
 Strong  interpersonal,  communication  and  presentation  skills,  Self  starter;  detail  oriented.
 Positive,  enthusiastic  and  helpful;  has  drive
 Team  player;  able  to  work  with  a  variety  of  people;  dependable;  high  level  of  professionalism  and  discretion;  Integrity
 English  &  Mandarin  fluent,  any  other  language  additional  benefit.
