Sales director
Primary responsibility is to manage and train the sales account managers to maximize URBN hotels & resorts Sales by actively selling rooms/room nights as well as other Sales generators within URBN hotels & resorts, in accordance to the hotel’s annual Sales & Marketing plan.

• Actively selling rooms / room nights
• Ensure existing guests / bookers are returning
• Face-to face sales calls and site inspections
• Meet and exceed targets
• Account management and active acquisition of new business
