职位要求 |
Job Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with BU HR, HR Training Manager, Operation Director /Managers, Quality Manager on the
planning and scheduling of training program.
2. Identify and evaluate training needs to ensure improvement on competency and skills for
Operations staff. Conduct training needs analysis / survey on Operations staff training requirements
.
3. Manage the delivery, design, development and updating of operations training manual, materials
and programs.
4. Plan, implement, conduct, monitor and evaluate in-house training programs. Design customized in-
house programs for operations staff. Programs include Technical Skills, soft skills, personal
development and motivational training. Analyze outcome and results from operations training and
recommend further development programs in line with Company requirements.
5. Take accountability for consistently improving the effective new starter training Programs
includes: plan, organize, training material and manuals review and update, trainee records and
evaluation.
6. Maintain a set of training records to keep track of staff training. Based Departmental Training
Review Systems to measure and monitor training effectiveness against job performance.
7. Design, develop, maintain and constantly updating training materials of training programs
conducted. Maintain training library for all materials developed.
8. Take accountability for the performance of a team of Operations Trainers via the use of the
Performance Management process.
9. Prepare annual Operations training budget for the all training related activities.
10. Proactively undertake and promote personal development for Operations Staff.
11. Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate intake of Management Trainees. Prepare job familiarization
programs (operations) for Management Trainees. Monitor progress and effectiveness of programs.
Conduct bi-monthly progress checks via discussions with trainees and supervisors.
12. Manage, co-ordinate and conduct induction programs for new intake of employees.
13. Attend and inputs to regular operational review meetings.
14. Ensure that all equipment and resources are available to deliver required training events.
15. Perform any other tasks not specified herewith as required / instructed by superior / management
.
Requirements:
1. Rich experience of working in training within a service environment or call centre.
2. Good at delivering product, service and induction training.
3. Managing a team.
4. In-depth knowledge of current call centre standards.
5. Knowledge and understanding of the training cycle (needs analysis, development, design and
evaluation) and follow up accordingly.
6. Enough knowledge of HR and Training strategies and objectives
7. Basic understanding of the industry standards and benchmarks within the training environment.
8. Ability to develop, deliver and evaluate training.
9. Conflict handling and resolution skills.
