Job  Responsibilities: 
1.Responsible  for  the  relative  affairs  of  legal  chart,  e.g.  applying  /  renewing  /  maintaining  all 
kinds  of  licenses; 
2.Assist  in  the  day-to-day  operation  of  the  legal  department; 
3.Responsible  for  company  Intellectual  Property  matters; 
4.Review  and  amend  various  agreements  in  both  English  and  Chinese; 
5.Provide  legal  opinions  for  business  departments  and  disputes  of  company; 
6.Other  legal  affairs  assigned  by  Senior  Legal  Counsel. 
Requirements: 
1.Excellent  attitude  and  enthusiasm  for  the  responsibilities;  Strong  business  acumen  with  excellent 
problem  solving  and  communication  skills; 
2.Possess  the  logical  thinking,  preciseness  and  cautiousness  and  the  ability  of  bearing  pressures, 
and  solid  skills  in  legal  are  required; 
3.At  least  2  years  of  relevant  working  experience  in  a  multinational  company  or  a  famous  law  firm  in
China.  PRC  Bar  is  a  must; 
4.Bachelor  degree  from  a  law  school  is  a  must.  Major  in  Corporation  Law  or  Economic  Law  is  preferred
; 
5.Fluency  in  both  spoken  and  written  English  and  Chinese;  and 
6.Good  English  command  of  speaking  and  writing,  and  native  Mandarin  are  required.
