Guarantee  effective  deployment  of  the  customised  Airbus  Quality  Management  System  (QMS)  and 
Environmental  Management  System  (EMS)  in  compliance  with  all    approvals  and  certification 
requirements  whilst  minimising  the  associated  costs.   
Issue  guidance  and  instructions  regarding  quality  matters  to  all  employees  of  Airbus  China  and  its 
subsidiaries  for  the  deployment  of  the  customised  Airbus  QMS  and    EMS  that  are  compliant  with  the 
needs  of  Airbus  China. 
Guarantee  the  continue  improvement  of  processes  within  Airbus  entities  in  China 
Improve  awareness  of  all  Airbus  China  staff  of  their  responsibilities  for  safety,  quality  and 
contribution  in  satisfying  the  customer  and  the  shareholders. 
Ensure  resources  are  best  utilised  by  the  proper  co-ordination  of  all  Quality  activities  in  China. 
Qualifications  Requirements: 

Bachelor's  degree  or  above  in  science  or  engineering 
8+  years  experience  in  relevant  field 
Highly  committed  and  integrity 
Good  interpersonal  and  communication  skills,  out-going  and  initiative 
Adaptability  &  flexibility
