Responsibilities:

Assist  to  Identify  the  training  needs  and  direction  of  development  of  the  employee  and  company 
management  from  an  business  as  well  as  functional  point  of  view 
Be  responsible  for  organize  technical  training  to  fulfil  business  requirements 
Setting  up  effective  Training  Evaluation  System  and  follow-up  system 
Carry  out  some  specific  trainings  and  development  program  for  new  entrance  level  employees 
Support  on  Orientation  Program  for  both  local  &  global  new  employees 
Be  responsible  for  training  process  management  which  should  be  strictly  in  accordance  with  company 
policy  and  regulations 
Coordinate  with  other  HR  specialists  to  organize  and  facilitate  the  internal  management  training. 
Advise/update  training  strategy/policy 
Support  other  internal  personal  &  management  projects 
Qualifications  Requirements:

Bachelor  degree  in  Human  Resources  management,  business  administration,  or  English  Culture  & 
Literacy 
Minimum  of  3  years  experience  as  Human  Resources  Officer  position  in  MNC,  experience  in  training  and
development  is  preferred   
Hands-on  data  analysis  skills 
Strong  communication,  planning,  coordination  skills 
Good  skills  in  MS  Office  software  (Word,  Excel,  Power  Point,  Outlook) 
Good  English  level  on  both  speaking  and  writing  aspects 
Skills  to  draft  HR  administration  documents  as  required 
Good  planning  and  follow  –  up  skills 
Be  self-motivate  and  be  able  to  work  independently  to  achieve  results 
Willing  to  get  into  details 
Ability  to  quickly  adapt  to  a  new  environment   
Ability  to  work  in  a  team  and  to  manage  conflicts 
Good  communicational  and  organizational  skills 
Capability  to  analyze  and  summarize  things 
Ability  to  manage  time  and  to  prioritize  tasks 
Quick  learner  and  self  starter 
Sense  of  responsibility 
Ability  to  work  under  pressure 
Integrity  and  maintain  confidentiality  is  a  MUST
