Overall  responsibility
 
The  Account  Director  (AD)  is  part  of  the  Client  Service  team  in  their  office  and  in  a  larger  office 
will  belong  to  a  specific  Client  Service  Team.  Their  primary  responsibility  is  the  management  of 
accounts  with  a  team  of  professional  researchers.


Personal  skills 

The  following  skills  are  essential:

 

·                At  least  6-8  years  experience  in  Client  Service

·                Proven  knowledge  of  market  research

·                Developing  skills  in  team  management  and  leadership.

·                An  understanding  and  experience  in  staff  development

·                Background  and  experience  in  P&L  management 

·                Demonstrated  ability  to  build  strong  client  relationships  and  develop  business 

·                Strong  presentation  and  interpersonal  communication  skills

·                  Excellent  command  of  English,  both  written  and  verbal
