General  description 

Project  Management  forms  the  link  between  Client  Service,  Data  Processing  and  Data  Collection. 
Project  Management  uses  its  specialist  knowledge  of  fieldwork  methodology  and  data  preparation  to 
advise  on  the  best  approach  for  setting  up  each  project  and  to  ensure  high  quality  data  is  delivered
to  Millward  Brown. 
Interpretation  and  presentation  of  survey  findings  and  contact  with  the  client  do  not  form  part  of 
the  Project  Management  job. 

Key  competencies 

Project  Management  Executives  must  be  able  to  co-ordinate  a  number  of  projects  at  a  time.  They  must 
display  strong  attention  to  detail.  They  should  possess  excellent  interpersonal  and  negotiation 
skills,  enjoy  working  with  and  talking  to  people,  and  be  open  and  interested  in  new  ideas  and  ways 
of  doing  things. 

PM  Executives  should  also  have  the  following  attributes: 

•  University  or  College  degree 
•  Minimum  of  2  years  experience  in  qualitative  or  quantitative  research 
•  Demonstrated  management  skills  supporting  a  cohesive  team  environment 
•  Demonstrated  analytical,  deductive  and  negotiating  skills,  at  the  PM  Executive  level
