职位要求 |
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Provide complete export / import service supporting activities to contribute to the effective fulfillment of terms and conditions of all international transactions.
* Principal responsibilities will include export and import documentation and logistics support of the Asia repair shops.
* Export-import Specialist will be responsible for conducting random audits on the logistics providers for compliance to export-import regulations of the Asian countries.
* Export-import Specialist will report into the Global Trade Compliance Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* College degree from an accredited university
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* 5 years experience in international customer service or related field
Strong knowledge of export regulations and import regulations of the US and Asia
* Good understanding of foreign customs and import requirements
* In depth knowledge of ICC incoterms 2000 and UCP 600
Ability to perform under pressure in an environment of high volume transactions
Ability to plan, assign priorities and solve problems
Desired:
* Six Sigma Greenbelt certified (GE Employees)
* Freight forwarding experience
* Strong knowledge of temporary import procedures
* Knowledge of various software applications (Tradeshpere, Oracle ERP, MS Access & Excel, etc.)
