Purchase all production and sales required raw material, auxiliary material, consumables and equipments etc for 4 factories, 8 distribution centres in China and two joint ventures in Australia and Gambia. Focus on sourcing and purchasing strategies for different categories of material. Participate in negotiation and draft contracts. Evaluate the qualification of potential suppliers and conduct business review of existing suppliers regularly focusing on the quality, price, quantity, delivery and continuity of supply.
